Are you a whisky drinker? Do you find blended Scotch a disappointing experience? Do you dream of making blended scotch more complex, more enjoyable in flavour, or is it just me?

Compared to other world whiskey markets I've always found Scotch blended whiskys to be:

  • poor quality,
  • just bad in flavour,
  • expensive for this experience.

So I looked for a way to change this and I started adding common kitchen herbs, spices and fruits to see if a better drink could be made.

The results are excellent and I wanted to be able to share them with everyone. It's not hard to do and you probably already have everything required. The toughest part is waiting for the drink to infuse...
