Tasting Notes: Bramble Flavoured Whisky

Tasting notes for Bramble Flavoured Whisky

An amazing deep near-red. Slightly rusty. Never quite reaching red, like autumn leaves.

The smell is like sticky jam. Kind of like the taste when you have jam sponge with custard.

Initial Flavours

A big warm flood of fruit and alcohol, slowly tapering off into a smooth clean finish.

Fantastic. Great on its own but it might just make the best hot toddy ever. More on that later.

Next Time

More, more, more. I'm definetly going to make a big batch starting 1st September for bottling on the 1st December for xmas pressies.
